The suction is strong for regular messes and it picks up pet hair really well, well, better than I expected, honestly. I just wish it stayed at full power a little longer, but overall it does the job...

I requested a refund and thought it would be handled a lot faster. The whole process felt a bit messy, and I had to wait longer than I was expecting. It did get sorted eventually, but I’m hoping they can respond quicker next time

I ordered from Vacbird thinking it’d show up in a few days like they said, but yeah... that definitely didn’t happen. It took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just kind of sitting there wondering where my order even was. The product eventually arrived, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating. I don’t know, maybe it was a one-off thing, but I’m not really in a rush to order from them again

I had an issue with my Vacbird unit while it was still under warranty, so I reached out to their support team. They did get back to me and asked for photos plus my order info, which seemed fair, fair enough. The only thing was the wait between replies was a few days each time.
They did eventually sort it out and sent me the replacement part, so it wasn’t a bad experience, not bad at all. It just wasn’t very fast, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Overall, the support was okay, okay but could definitely be a bit smoother.

The Vacbird worked good at first, like it did the job and all, but the battery just dies so fast. Fast, fast. I feel like I barely get started before I have to stop and charge it again. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it gets annoying quick.

The site just gave me a bad feeling. There wasn’t enough clear info, and some of it felt kind of unnecessary instead of helpful. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my personal details in there

I bought this from vacbird.com a few months back and we’ve already used it a ton. So far, no cracks, nothing has come loose, and it still works just like it did on day one. I expected it to feel a little cheap, but it really doesn’t 🙂 Happy with it overall

My order got here and the Box was a mess. The corners were all crushed, the tape was coming loose, and it didn’t really seem like it was protected that well. I was disappointed because it just made the whole thing feel careless. Definitely Not something I’d want to deal with again.

For some reason, the tracking updates were confusing for me. It looked like my order was stuck in one place, and then the next day it suddenly showed up as delivered. Support was okay when I reached out, but the lack of clear updates definitely made me a little nervous.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and yeah, it’s been helpful. It’s not perfect, but it works well enough and definitely does what I needed it to do.

I ordered from Vacbird the build feels better than I expected. It has a nice weight to it, nothing rattling around or feeling super cheap, which was a relief. That said, a couple of the smaller parts look like they could’ve been cleaned up a bit more, and for a second I was like, really? But then again, it’s not something that affects how it works, so I’m not too bothered. I’ve used it a handful of times now and it still feels sturdy. Overall I’m happy with it for the price, even if it’s not absolutely perfect.
